This Outdoor workout is offered during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. The workout is tailored for every fitness level. If you're a beginner or experienced you can enjoy this challenging total body conditioning workout, which combines cardiovascular and strength training. The Outdoor Boot Camp is the ultimate workout if you are looking for a challenge. The workout lasts one hour + and varies from circuit, to interval training, some equipment is used, but each workout is different.

Don't let the name Boot Camp intimidate you, every fitness level can benefit from this fun but challenging, heart pounding workout that's guaranteed to push you to your max. This workout is designed for weight loss, toning, building muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.
